Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Dhiraj Jawa alias Dhiraj Kumar in case FIR No. 418 dated 22.08.2019, registered under Section(s) 174-A IPC at Police Station Barwala, District Hisar.

Petitioner, because of his previous conduct and status as that of proclaimed offender, is an accused in case under Section 174-A IPC. As such, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and present petition stands dismissed. However, in case petitioner surrenders before the learned trial Court within a period of one week from today and moves an application for admitting him to regular bail, the learned trial Judge shall decide the same within a period of ten days, thereafter.
