(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed impugning an order dated 09.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by the court of learned Additional District Judge, Rupnagar, reversing an order dated 04.02.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by the court of learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Anandpur Sahib.

Vide impugned order, an application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC seeking temporary injunction at the instance of the petitioner-plaintiff, was dismissed.

This Court vide order dated 27.09.2019, issued notice motion and in the meanwhile, the parties were directed to maintain status quo as regard possession of suit property.

Today, it has been informed that the proceedings before the trial court had gone too far and, now, the same are fixed for 24.11.2022 for SONIKA 2022.11.22 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Considering the fact that the trial is almost over, the present revision petition is disposed of with a direction that the interim order dated 27.09.2019 passed by this Court, shall remain operative till the final adjudication of the suit, which shall however may not be treated to be an expression upon merits of this revision petition.
