Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur and co-respondent No. 3, are both present in person. Believing the statement made before this Court by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, that on 18.11.2021, co-respondent No. 3 was on leave, and hence, was precluded to produce, on date (supra), one Harmandeep Kaur, thereupon, this Court does not deem it fit to draw any further proceedings against co-respondent No. 3. 2.

Since it has been mentioned in the order made by this Court on 18.11.2021, that one Harmandeep Kaur does not intend to join the matrimonial home of her husband, and, rather she intends to stay at her parental home. Therefore, the petition is closed. 3.

Disposed of.
