The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Tarn Taran, in the case bearing CNR No.PBTT030019712019 and NACT No.543/2019 titled as 'The Tarn Taran Co-Operative Bank Vs. Salwinder Singh', whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Trial Court with appropriate prayer.
