Delay of 107 days in re-filing the accompanying appeal is condoned. FAO-8849 of 2014 Prayer through instant appeal has been made for enhancement of compensation, modifying the impugned award dated 30.09.2013 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jhajjar.

Learned counsel for the appellants has fairly conceded that in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in National Insurance Co. Ltd. Vs. Pranay Sethi and others, 2017(4) RCR (Civil) 1009, under conventional head, no amount was payable towards consortium. In view of above, the impugned award is upheld being legal. There is no scope for enhancement of compensation. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
