***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Mr. K.R.Dhawan, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of the respondent and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. Counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the transfer application is accepted and the divorce petition, is transferred from Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala to Patti, District Tarn Taran. Also, both the counsel submit that the parties are residing abroad and the transfer application has been filed by the respective Attorney holders, as evident from the contents of the application. There is no child born from the wedlock of the parties to the lis. However, the applicant had filed petition under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, through attorney holder, which is pending in the courts at Patti and the respondent is proceeded against ex parte in the same. Besides the same, she has also filed one criminal complaint under Section 318 (4), 316 (2), 85, 61(2), 351(2) and 3 of BNS 2023, which are also pending in the courts at Patti. TA-889-2025 In view of the submission made aforesaid by the counsel for the respondent and considering the fact of two other litigation pending in the courts at Patti, the transfer application is allowed and the petition i.e. HMA70-2023 titled "Maninder Pal Singh v/s Mandeep Kaur", stands transferred from the Family Court (Camp Court), Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala to the Family Court (Camp Court), Patti, District Tarn Taran. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Sultanpur Lodhi to the District and Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran shall assign the said petition to the Family Court, (Camp Court), Patti. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, (Camp Court), Patti, within a period of one month from today onwards.
