 Mrs. Gandhi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 i.e. the parties who invited tenders stated that the entire tender process has been abandoned on the ground that all technical bids are rejected. The other bidders have not challenged the order. The challenge to some terms and conditions of the tender is, therefore, only academic. The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to add the issues are kept open.
