* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition as he intends adopting the alternate remedy of filing a review application before the Financial Commissioner, Haryana also on the ground that the revisional order dated 27.04.2011 was not conveyed to him.

The order of this Court dated 05.05.2017 shall also be brought to the notice of the Revisional Authority or before any Court or Tribunal that the petitioner may approach. Needless to add that the petitioner is also entitled to take any other ground. We do not express any opinion regarding the maintainability of any alternate proceedings that the petitioner may adopt.
