Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'the BNSS') for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to conduct proper and fair investigation on the basis of complaints dated 21.05.2024 (P-18) and 20.12.2021 (P-17) filed by petitioner against private respondents.

No one has come forward on behalf of the petitioners; nor objections raised by the Registry have been removed.

In view of the above, no further directions are required to be issued in the matter.
