The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court in terms of Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking prayer by way of writ of mandamus for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant the benefit of ACP Scheme to the petitioners by implementing the judgment dated 20.5.2013 passed by this Court in CWP-16446-2010 and and to decide the legal notice dated 15.2.2020, Annexure P-7.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the respondents and on perusal of the records, the present petition stands disposed off with the directions to the official respondents to consider the legal notice dated 15.2.2020, Annexure P-7, as representation and decide the same, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
