(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned denial of Child Care Leave (CCL) to the petitioner, vide order dated 07.08.2023, Annexure P-7. Further, a writ of mandamus has also been sought directing the respondents to grant CCL to the petitioner as per her entitlement.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been granted CCL vide order dated 06.09.2023.
