(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record the order dated 22.08.2016 passed by the Tribunal, vide which the amount granted vide Award dated 09.09.2015 was corrected and the same has been enhanced from `1,82,763 to `4,97,302/-. The same is taken on record. In view of the same, the appeal is rendered infrouctuous and dismissed accordingly.
