CRWP-9237-2022 Through this petition, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of five weeks in case bearing FIR No.209 dated 03.08.2016, registered under Section 136 of the Electricity Act, at Police Station Ladwa, District Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 14.09.2022, yet no action has been taken upon the same till date.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his argument to issue directions to the Superintendent of Jail, Central Jail Ambala, Ambala, to decide the aforesaid representation within a stipulated time frame.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. Pawan Kumar Jhanda, AAG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed.
