AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The present application i.e.C.M.No.4783-C of 2019 has been filed under Section 151 CPC for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to pursue the suit for possession of the land in dispute which is pending adjudication before the trial Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, prayer made in the application is accepted and the appeal is taken on board for hearing today.

In view of the above, the present appeal is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforementioned.
