On 01.03.2024, this Court proposed to appoint Justice M.S.Sullar, former Judge of this Court, as an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties and his declaration was sought under Section 12(5) of the Act of 1996 which has been received. Accordingly, the order dated 01.03.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute. 3.

In view of the aforesaid position, Justice M.S.Sullar, former Judge of this Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties 4.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
