Haryana RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel states that the present petition stands infructuous, as the notice of motion was issued on 20.03.2018 and the impugned order qua petitioner was stayed. As per reply filed by the State on 12.11.2018, the petitioner had already joined as PGT Maths at Government High School Canal Camp, Panipat and thus, there is no grievance pending now.

The petitioner has not filed any replication till date. Dismissed as infructuous.
