***** Rajiv Narain Raina, J.(Oral) The petitioner has been selected and appointed as Part Time Sweeper (PTS) by Punjab National Bank, Circle Office, Kurukshetra vide appointment letter dated 18.01.2017 (Annexure P-4). The interviews were held on 18.01.2017 and medical examination and verification of documents were conducted on 30.01.2017. After receiving the letter, the petitioner had not received any other information regarding status of his joining and submitted his joining request before the Deputy Circle Head, Punjab National Bank, Kurukshetra dated 28.03.2017 (Annexure P-5). Since the fate of the petitioner is not known, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if time bound direction is given to the respondent to decide the representation dated 28.03.2017.

The prayer is accepted and a direction is issued to the respondent Bank to consider and decide his request dated 28.03.2017 (Annexure P-5) and convey the decision to him within a period of one Sonia Bura 2017.05.16 14:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh
