       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.84 dated 27.10.2021, registered at Police Station Harike, District Tarn Taran, under Sections 420 and 406 read with Section 34 IPC.

Short reply dated 11.12.2021 by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Patti, District Tarn Taran, has been filed in the Court today. The same is taken on record. Vide order dated 18.11.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

A perusal of para No.6 of the said short reply would reveal that although the petitioner joined investigation on 23.11.2021, yet he is not cooperating with the investigating agency. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case coupled with the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation, PARVEEN KUMAR 2021.12.14 05:24 I attest to the accuracy of this order.

CRM-M-48398-2021 /2/ the present petition is allowed and the order dated 18.11.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
