(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take action on the basis of representation dated 17.03.2021, Annexure P-14, and register a case/FIR against respondent Nos.5 to 6 as per law. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.Rakeshinder Singh Sidhu, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Heard.

In view of the prayer made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, to look into the representation, dated 17.03.2021, Annexure P-14 and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
