Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.101 dated 07.04.2020, registered at Police Station BPTP, Faridabad, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 379-B, 452 and 506 IPC.

Vide order dated 31.12.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
