 !"# !$ Instant petition was preferred for quashing of FIR No. 265 dated 14.05.2018 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC in Police Station Yamuna Nagar City, District Yamuna Nagar with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom in view of compromise dated 09.03.2020(Annexure P2) arrived at between the parties. In pursuance thereof, an order by this Court was passed on 18.11.2021 for recording of the statements of the parties in support of the above said compromise dated 09.03.2020 (Annexure P-2) before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said compromise has not been given effect as the complainant has resiled from the same and prays to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail alternate remedies as per law. Allowed as prayed for.
