(Oral) The only prayer made in this revision petition is that the execution petition pending before the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Batala, be decided expeditiously, since the house in question in which the revisionists are residing is in dilapidated condition and it can fall at any time, which may result in loss of life and property.

Of course expeditious disposal is right of every litigant. A person gets the actual relief when the decree in his favour is executed and delay in the execution proceedings is uncalled for.
