(Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned action of the respondents terminating the services of the petitioner w.e.f.01.04.2019 and replacing with similar situated employees on contract basis vide order dated 07.02.2019 (Annexure P-3).

In case, representation is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
