In the present petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the interest on the amount of delayed payment of retiral benefits of the petitioner. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide legal notice dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure P-3) served by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
