In the present petition, the petitioners are praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the arrears of revised leave encashment and gratuity in view of order dated 23.05.2025 (Annexure P-6).

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.3 to decide the legal notice dated 18.02.2025 (Annexure P4) served by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
