*** DAYA CHAUDHARY (ORAL) By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to issue Form-C for a sum of Rs.1,12,45,604/- and other declaration under Central Sales Tax Act, 1956, for the assessment year 2017-18, which was applied for by the petitioner to the respondents concerned several times, but in vain.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar matter bearing CWP No.20664 of 2020 (Annexure P-4) was disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the pending representation and to GEETA RANI 2021.01.08 15:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Accordingly, keeping in view the afore-said limited prayer and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner by considering this petition as representation and to take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
