RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to remove the illegal encroachment on the National Highway 52 made by the private respondents by opening liquor shops/vends in complete violation of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in respect of 'State of Tamil Nadu and another vs. K. Balu and another' 2017(2) SCC 281 and the Haryana Excise Policy 2023-24. Precisely for the grievances in question, the petitioner has also filed a representation dated 18.07.2023. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed in case the pending representation dated 18.07.2023 before the respondent No.2 is ordered to be decided in accordance with law in a time NEHA 2023.08.29 18:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
