At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant submit that in view of the above-referred Gazette Notification regarding the dissolution of the Gram Panchayats in the State, which have completed the term of 05 years from the date of their first meeting, the instant appeal has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection for the same.

Resultantly, the appeal in hand stands disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
