***** HARI PAL VERMA, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.72 dated 05.07.2019 under Sections 366/34 IPC registered at P.S. Julkaan, District Patiala. Counsel for the petitioner has argued that because the coaccused Rohit was working on the milk dairy of the petitioner and had solemnized married with the daughter of the complainant namely Bharti, the petitioner has been named in the FIR. Otherwise, there is no allegation against the petitioner in the case. The petitioner has already joined investigation on number of times.
