MEHTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition, while submitting that the petitioner has already moved application Annexure P-4 to respondent No.3 for seeking the redressal of her grievance and she intends to pursue the same and also to avail other alternative, appropriate and efficacious remedies, as may be permissible to her under law, for the above-said purpose. 2.

Mr. Gorav Kathuria, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who has put in appearance on behalf of all the respondents in this case in pursuance of the copies of the present petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, has no objection to the afore-discussed submission, as made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
