RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing official respondents No.1 to 7 to decide the representation, Annexure P-4, to make correction/update the revenue records/Jamabandi with respect to shares of petitioners.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have already filed a representation, dated 03.05.2023, Annexure P-4 before the Tehsildar, however, no action has been taken on the same. He further submits that he is ready to file a fresh representation as well, however, the respondent/authorities be directed to carry out the necessary correction in the revenue record, as prayed for. Notice of motion to official respondents only at this stage. On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of State/respondents No.1, 3, 5 and 6 only.

CWP-18601-2023 -2After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to file a fresh representation within ten days from today before respondent No.5-Tehsildar-cum-CRO, District Rewari, for redressal of their grievance and if the same is filed within stipulated period, respondent No.5 is directed to deal with the same in accordance with law and decide the same within two weeks from the date of its receipt. August 24, 2023 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
