JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent-Deputy Commissioner, District Jhajjar and 4th respondent-SDO (Civil)-cum-Tehsildar, Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar to take appropriate action on the legal notice dated 12.12.2016 (Annexure P-4) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent-Deputy Commissioner, District Jhajjar and 4th respondent-SDO (Civil)-cumTehsildar, Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar to consider the legal notice dated 12.12.2016 (Annexure P-4) within a period two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon.
