(Oral) Prayer in this 3rd petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.190 dated 05.12.2022 registered under Section 21(b) of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab. Custody Certificate dated 27.11.2024, has been filed in the Court today, which is taken on record.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, on the same cause of action, with better particulars.
