(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.2 dated 2.1.2022 registered under Sections 379-A IPC (Section 379-B IPC added later on) at Police Station City Yamunanagar District Yamunanagar. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined proceedings before the learned trial Court in compliance of previous orders. State counsel on instructions from SI Anil Kumar has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and GAURAV SOROT 2023.03.01 11:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order, judgment and documents.

( 2 ) CRM-M-44162-2022 submits that the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation as challan is already presented. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 23.9.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
