RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.4 to decide the matter for appointment of Lambardar in village Mago Majri, District Kaithal, in implementation of order dated 06.12.2018 passed by respondent No.3, Annexure P-3, in a time bound manner as respondent No.4 has failed to comply with the order. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner filed representation, Annexure P-8, on 01.05.2023 before respondent No.4, but no decision has been taken on the same till date. Notice of motion.
On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a MEENU 2023.08.25 18:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
