NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The grievance raised in the present petition is that the petitioner is working as a Programmer-cum-System Manager since 05.01.2006 and he has neither been granted any promotional avenues nor the benefit of ACP Scheme.
After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the competent authority by filing a representation for redressal of grievances of the petitioner.
Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case any such representation is submitted by the petitioner within a period of one month from today, the same shall be considered and disposed by respondent No.1 by passing a speaking order within a period of six months thereafter.
