**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) Limited prayer in the instant writ petition is for early decision in the appeal (Annexure P-8) dated 12.08.2016 which is filed against the impugned order dated 22.01.2015 (Annexure P-7) vide which the petitioner has been reverted back to the post of Electrician. The petitioner herein was appointed on the post of Electrician with respondent No.4 in the year 1989. He received a letter on 10.04.2014 regarding misappropriation of Institution funds and thereafter was suspended from service. He was also issued a charge-sheet and after inquiry, the petitioner was found guilty of two charges and on the basis of the said report, punishment of reversion was imposed upon him. Against the said punishment order, the petitioner has preferred an appeal, which is pending before respondent No.1.
The only prayer at the present moment by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the appeal of the petitioner be decided as expeditiously as possible.
