Petitioner aggrieved of declining of prayer for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 188, dated 13th August, 2021, under Sections 379-A and 511 IPC, registered at Police Station City Safidon, Jind is before this Court under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
