Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.22 dated 08.05.2023, under Section 22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Mattewal, District Amritsar, Punjab. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition, "at this stage". 3.
