Prayer made in the present petition is for consideration for promotion to the post of Lecturer in Chemistry, which was previously not being considered due to non availability of the post. 2.

Learned counsel submits that as per the information received by the petitioners under RTI on 16.02.2018, there are some vacancies lying vacant against which they can be considered.

Learned State counsel, on the other hand, submits that the issue with regard to the seniority has now been settled and the petitioners, if entitled, as per the same shall be considered within a period of 4 months, in accordance with law, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
