Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner. 2.

Admittedly, the petitioner has been appointed afresh pursuant to the directions of this Court in CWP-7931-2011, decided on 14.11.2011 and is continuing as such till date, in the wake of which, learned counsel, on instructions from him, states that he shall file a representation, as per the policy prevalent for regularization by relying on the orders passed in cases of similarly situated employees, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
