(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for setting aside the orders dated 22nd March, 2017 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Chandigarh (respondent No.1) on the basis of the orders passed and circulated in the matter of Vikram Bakshi & Co. Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Huosing Development Finance Limited & others, dated 20th March, 2017, by the Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi and further impugned actions of respondent No.2 i.e. the Authorized Officer of the Bank.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently certain relevant documents could not be appended along with the writ petition. He, however, states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars and appending relevant documents.
