JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent-Inspector General of Police, Patiala Range, Patiala to take appropriate action on the representation dated 20.04.2017 (Annexure P-2) within a stipulated period by taking into consideration the orders dated 08.02.2011 and 10.10.2012 passed by this Court vide Annexures P-8 and P-9 respectively . Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent-Inspector General of Police, Patiala Range, Patiala to take appropriate action on the representation dated 20.04.2017 (Annexure P-2) within a stipulated period by taking into consideration the orders dated 08.02.2011 and 10.10.2012 passed by this Court vide Annexures P-8 and P-9 respectively within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon.
