The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 0135, dated 30.07.2023, registered at Police Station Utawar, District Palwal, under Sections 363 and 366 of the IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from the police official who is present in Court today to assist him submits that the petitioner has already been arrested in this case and the matter is still under investigation.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition and further contends that in case the 'challan' is filed against the petitioner then he would file a fresh petition. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as above.
