The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 08.12.2017 whereby the IDBI Bank has declared him as well as his Company as 'wilful defaulters' purportedly in terms of the Master Circular dated 01.07.2015 issued by Reserve Bank of India. One of the grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been appropriately heard either by the 'Wilful Defaulter Committee' or by the 'Review Committee'. The Review Committee did not issue notice of hearing to him or the Company. Learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition at this stage with Meenu 2018.03.27 11:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh liberty to submit a comprehensive representation to the Review Committee
