Main case The present revision petition has been preferred against the impugned order dated 22.07.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, SAS Nagar, Mohali in CIS No.COMI/46/2018, whereby the charge had been framed against the respondent-accused only under Section 379 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that the respondent-accused has already been acquitted, hence, she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
