The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying for issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to comply with provisions of Section 160 Cr.P.C. as the said respondent is unnecessarily calling the petitioner to the police station and threatening him to frame in a false case.

Keeping in view the vague pleadings based on disputed facts and the nature of the prayer in the present petition, this Court does not find it appropriate to interfere in the matter.

Dismissed.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail any other alternate remedy, in accordance with law.
