The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to direct respondent No.4 (Municipal Councilor, Ward No.2, Maya Puri, Bank Colony, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana) to take necessary action on the basis of representations dated 07.01.2024 and 11.02.2024 (Annexures P-2 and P-1, respectively).
