On the asking of the court, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2 and Mr. Pritam Singh Saini, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.3. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, present appeal has been found covered by the order dated 4.2.2016 passed by this court in Gopi Ram Yadav's case (supra).
