Geetanjali', which is pending before the Family Court, Sri Anandpur Sahib and is sought to be transferred in the present application. In view of the undertaking given by the counsel for the respondent, even though, the counsel for the applicant has not made appearance, the application is dismissed, with the clause of revival, if the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, is not withdrawn by the respondent.
